The story of Senmatic Horticulture
Back in 1956, the company started under the name of DGT, and in 1986 DGT was acquired by C. W. Obel, who also the following year took ownership of the company Volmatic. The two companies were then known as DGT-Volmatic. It is also the name that many of our customers know about us. In 2004 DGT-Volmatic was purchased by the Micro Matic Group and was placed under Senmatic. Hence the name Senmatic DGT. In 2016, Senmatic was acquired by Indutrade, and in this connection it was decided that our name should be Senmatic only. So a favorite child has many names, but despite a variety of names, we are still the same company with the many years of experience.

Who will you meet at Senmatic?
Most of the people you will meet at Senmatic have a former background within maintenance of the work in a greenhouse. They are therefore able to share their own experience with you, when they support you in optimizing the growth of your crops.
