Mobile Bench Irrigation

Flexible irrigation for mobile bench systems

A mobile bench system must enable easy transport of the container benches around in the nursery, for example using conveyor tracks or a crane. To meet this need, Senmatic has developed an irrigation system specially for the mobile bench system, which makes it possible to move the container benches without consideration for the water installation.

Water filling
A special triangle valve ensures that water filling is carried out in a splash-less jet. The triangle valve is easily mounted with a special bracket on the drain edge. The triangle valve and the special bracket are designed so that the container bench pushes the valve sideways when lifted by a crane, without damaging the valve or the container bench.

Draining
For the quick and efficient draining of water, Senmatic has developed the HV siphon valve. With the built-in final emptying construction, the last of the water is able to run out after the siphon effect has stopped. This is also an advantage if there is a lot of dirt on the benches.

The siphon valve is adjustable in steps for optional water filling height.
